Return On Investment

The mandate has been passed and many states are opting out of providing Supplemental Education Services by requesting a waiver. This means the end to Supplemental Education as we know it.

Right now in this moment you have the POWER to choose how much money your company makes this year. This may be the last year to service all of the students you cherish. If provided with a blank check for your very LAST year of service what would it be?

Would it be $500,000? Of course not it would be higher! Would it be 1 million? Of course not, it would be higher! Would it be 10 million? Possibly…

But to do that in a state that has already applied for a waiver it might require your company to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars and time you simply don’t have. Hiring the right marketing team or the right marketing specialist would take many hours and an upfront commitment of your revenue. Once that person is hired they would have to determine how best to market your supplemental education service. There is no guarantee they will perform. They are an hourly employee with a temporary assignment; really what significant investment can they make in your company’s success?

Once they have been hired, trained, and then hopefully perform your window of opportunity is closing. If they do not perform as expected your company has lost PRECIOUS time and lots of money. Your competitors have outsourced their marketing and have taken their share of the market. Your company only has what’s left. You make less this year, then any other year, including your first. There is no time to recoup and nowhere to turn.
